Christine Sammer is an Associate Professor in Information and Communication Sciences at the University of Rennes. Passionate about the role of the body in our societies and, more broadly, about self-use in mindfulness, she trained in the F.M. Alexander Method in Paris at the school led by Brigitte Condi, Christine Hardy, and Laurence Schifrine. Since her certification in 2001, she has been teaching the technique to various audiences and, as part of her university teaching, created an expression workshop combining the F.M. Alexander Method, actor training, and communication techniques.
